  • No Returns or Refunds: Due to the nature of our handmade items, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any items sold.
  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please reach out to us within 7 days of receipt. To qualify for a replacement, we require a photo of the damaged item as evidence. 
  • Replacement Process: Once we receive the evidence, we will ship you a new item at no additional cost.
